1. About these terms
Leverage Studio (“we”, “us”) is an online library of digital products, operated by Robert Halladjian, Norway. Robert Halladjian is the seller you buy from, and we are the only seller on this site. You can reach us at support@levstd.app. More about us is on our About and Contact pages.
By creating an account, starting a subscription or using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away rights the law gives you.
2. What All-Access includes
An active All-Access subscription gives you access to the products in our catalog:
- PDF guides, cheatsheets and infographics — files you open or download from your library;
- HTML templates — files you can adapt for your own projects (see the licence in section 7);
- PWA apps — web apps hosted for you in a private space and opened from your library.
Multi-item bundles are not listed separately, because everything inside them is already available individually. Nothing is shipped physically.
The catalog changes: we add new products regularly and may update, replace or retire products. We do not promise that any particular product will stay in the catalog for the whole time you are subscribed, but we will not remove a large part of it without good reason. Products are educational and informational; we can't promise any particular result — your outcome depends on your own effort and circumstances. Some products may be marked free; they are available without a subscription (a free account may be needed to open them in your library).
3. Your account
You need an account to subscribe. You can register with an email and password or with Google. Creating an account is free, and you can confirm your email by following the link we send you.
- Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
- One account is for one person. Don't share your account, your library link or your hosted-app links with anyone else.
- You can switch the “new product” emails off at any time with the unsubscribe link or in your account. Service emails about your account, billing and renewals are different and continue while you are subscribed.
- You can ask us to close your account at any time (see section 12). Closing it does not by itself cancel a PayPal subscription — cancel that first (section 5).
4. Plans, billing & renewal
All-Access is offered as one or more recurring plans (for example monthly or yearly). The name, price, currency and billing interval of each plan are shown on the All-Access page before you pay. Where the law requires us to charge VAT or a similar tax, it is included in or added to the price as shown.
- Payments are handled by PayPal. You subscribe by approving a recurring payment (a PayPal subscription). We never see or store your card details, and your use of PayPal is governed by PayPal's own terms.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription starts when PayPal confirms your first payment and then renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown for your plan, until you cancel.
- Renewal reminders. We email you shortly before a renewal (about 7, 3 and 1 days ahead) so a charge never comes as a surprise.
- Price changes. We may change plan prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice, and a new price applies only from your next renewal after that notice. If you don't want the new price, cancel before it takes effect. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
- Failed payments. If PayPal can't collect a renewal, the subscription is suspended and access to the catalog is paused until billing is working again. If PayPal ends the subscription, access ends too.
- Mistakes. If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical error, we may correct it and refund any overcharge in full.
- You can't hold two active All-Access subscriptions on the same account. If we spot a duplicate we will cancel one and refund it.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page on this site, or directly in your PayPal account under automatic payments. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
- After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You are not charged again.
- We don't give part-refunds for unused time in a period, except where section 9 says we will.
- You can subscribe again later whenever you like; your account and library settings are kept unless you ask us to delete them.
6. Access & delivery
- Instant access. Once PayPal confirms your payment, the whole catalog opens in your library straight away.
- While you are subscribed you can open and download the products in the catalog, including new ones as they are added. When your subscription ends (or is paused for non-payment) access to the catalog ends too.
- PWA apps run inside a private space created for you. Your access link is personal — please don't share it. You can regenerate it from your library if you think it leaked.
- We aim for the site and hosted apps to be available at all times, but short interruptions for maintenance or outside our control can happen. Third-party services we rely on (such as PayPal) are outside our control.
7. Licence & permitted use
While your subscription is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the products in the catalog. You may:
- use them for your own learning, work and personal or internal business projects;
- for HTML templates: adapt them and use the result in your own or your clients' projects, as long as the template itself is not resold or redistributed as a template;
- keep copies on your own devices for your own use while you are subscribed.
You may not:
- resell, share, publish, upload, sublicense or otherwise redistribute any product or any substantial part of it, free or paid;
- share your account, library link or hosted-app link with other people, or use one subscription for a team or company unless we have agreed that with you in writing;
- remove copyright notices or claim a product as your own;
- use a product to train or fine-tune AI models that are then distributed or offered to others.
When your subscription ends the licence to the products ends: please stop using the products and delete the copies you downloaded. Work you created — such as a website or app you built from a template — stays yours and may continue to be used. Sharing a link to a product page — for example with the Share button — is welcome and encouraged.
8. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, scrape, overload or bypass the protection of the site, the library or the hosted apps; don't use automated tools to bulk-download the catalog; don't use hosted apps to store or serve unlawful or harmful content; and don't use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
9. Money-back guarantee & refunds
We want you to be happy with All-Access. That's why your first payment comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. This is our own promise to you and is in addition to your legal rights.
9.1 Your first payment
If All-Access isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You don't need a special reason — a short note on what was missing helps us improve. When we refund, your subscription is cancelled and access ends.
9.2 Renewals
If a renewal was charged and you meant to cancel, tell us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund that renewal in full, provided you haven't used the catalog heavily in that period. After a refund your subscription is cancelled and access ends immediately.
9.3 We always refund in full when…
- you were charged twice, or charged by mistake or after you had cancelled;
- you were charged but never received access, and we can't fix it within 5 business days;
- the service is materially different from how we described it, or major parts of it don't work and we can't fix them within 5 business days.
9.4 We may decline when…
- the request falls outside the periods above (unless the law says otherwise);
- you have shared, resold or redistributed products in breach of section 7, or bulk-downloaded the catalog and then asked for a refund;
- there is a pattern of abuse, such as repeatedly subscribing, refunding and re-subscribing;
- the request is only about a lower price or promotion that became available after you paid.
9.5 How to request a refund
Email support@levstd.app from the address on your account, with your PayPal transaction or subscription ID if you have it (it's in your PayPal receipt) and a short reason. We reply within 3 business days and decide within 5 business days of getting what we need. Approved refunds go back to the original PayPal payment for the full amount you paid; PayPal can take a few days to show it.
9.6 Please talk to us first
Before opening a PayPal dispute, contact us — we can normally resolve things faster, and a dispute can freeze both sides' accounts.
9.7 Your legal rights
This guarantee does not affect the rights you have by law. In particular, if you are a consumer in Norway, the EU/EEA or the UK, digital content or services that are faulty or not as described must be brought into conformity, or you are entitled to a remedy, under the legal guarantee that applies in your country.
10. Right of withdrawal (consumers in Norway, the EU/EEA and the UK)
If you are a consumer in Norway, the EU/EEA or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. In Norway this right comes from the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven); in the EU/EEA from national laws based on the Consumer Rights Directive; and in the UK from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
All-Access gives you immediate access to digital content and to an online service, so special rules apply:
- Digital content. The right of withdrawal ends once we have started delivering the content, if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal as a result.
- Online service. If you ask us to start the service during the 14 days and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what you have already used until you told us you were withdrawing.
How to withdraw. Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw, by email to support@levstd.app, from the address on your account and with your order number. You don't need to use a particular form. We refund what is due within 14 days of hearing from you, to the original payment method.
Our guarantee goes further. In practice, our 30-day money-back guarantee in section 9 is more generous than this statutory right: if you ask within 30 days of your first payment we refund it in full, with no deduction for use. The guarantee does not take away any right you have by law.
11. Earlier purchases
Before All-Access, some customers bought individual products. Those purchases are not affected: they stay in the library of the account they were made on, under the terms in force when they were made, and they remain available for as long as we operate the store and you keep your account. If we ever decide to close the store we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can download what you bought. We no longer sell products individually and no member discount applies to anything.
12. Your data
How we collect and use personal data — including account details, subscription records and analytics — is described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to close your account, by emailing us; you can also object to marketing emails at any time.
13. Intellectual property
All products, text, designs, code, logos and other content on the site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. A subscription gives you a licence to use the products (section 7), not ownership of the underlying rights.
14. Disclaimers
Products are provided for education and information and are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Apart from the guarantees and legal rights described above, the products and the site are provided “as is”, and we don't promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suit a particular purpose or result. Third-party services (such as PayPal or Google) are outside our control.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service or the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost data or lost opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't legally be limited — for example for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
16. Suspension & termination
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or close an account, and switch off access, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms (for example by sharing your account or reselling products). Where we do this because of your breach, no refund is due for the period already started. If we end your subscription for any other reason, or stop offering All-Access, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms and change plans, prices or the catalog. The date at the top shows when these Terms last changed. If we make a significant change, we'll tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect. A change to what you pay applies only as set out in section 4. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect and keep access until the end of your paid period.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, and Norwegian courts have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there. Consumers in Norway can also seek help from the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet). We would always prefer to solve a problem directly first: please contact us at support@levstd.app.
